I'm always looking for a way to tell more stories from the past. These are three figures from various eras of French history who deserve far more acknowledgement than they received in life. I chose to create a series of looping "moving portraits" showcasing both the individual and their achievements. Each animation was designed to be posted on Instagram alongside a brief biography providing context. 

I started out by making a list of some favorite historical figures and sketching out possible scenes and symbols to represent their lives and talents. Due to time constraints, I narrowed down my choice to three.
